Silver trading range for the day is 42670-45792.
Silver ended lower as recent economic data has dampened expectations for an earlier than expected end to central bank’s asset purchase program
Recent comments by ECB officials have indicated that bank would consider cutting rates if economic data continued to deteriorate.
Holdings in ETPs backed by silver slumped 1.4 percent in April to 19,405.34 tons.
