Indian rupee appreciated further against the dollar and was trading near 6 month’s high on Friday, owing to big-ticket reforms approved by the Cabinet on Thursday. Government’s decision to increase diesel prices to set the fiscal house in order also boosted the sentiments and now investors are waiting to see the implementation of those tough decisions.
